Our team takes care of all scheduling and coordination aspects. An event captain or supervisor will be present to ensure seamless execution and handle any on-site adjustments.

we ask that you have a list of menu items and a timeline of your event requirements please advise of any special requests, such as recipes for special cocktails, toasts, speeches, and last call.

Our Staff is trained in setting up tables with appropriate tableware and decorations & breakdown at the end of the event. Clearing empty plates and glasses.

Services during the event include table food service if required and beverage service including water, wine, and champagne.

all staff must go through our training program on how to work in a banquet bar setting. All bartenders are required to be TIPS certified, which is a four-hour class on alcohol intervention procedures

Absolutely. Our staff is flexible with dress code requirements and can be outfitted according to the theme or preferences of your event.

Bartenders carry and use their own bar tools. Supplies consist of shaker glasses, bottle openers, pourers, etc.

It's recommended to book our services as early as possible to ensure availability. However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests depending on our staffing availability.

There is a 24-hour window to cancel staff for your event. If the cancellation occurs on the day of your event, you will be charged the full amount.

There is a four-hour minimum.

Gratuity is not included in the bill.

Holiday rates apply on New Year's Eve and Day / Easter / Mother's Day / Father's Day / 4th of July / Thanksgiving / Christmas Eve and Day.
